Our story
Michael, a proud Texas native and seasoned meat-smoking expert, has mastered the art of crafting mouthwatering brisket, chicken, and jerky that’s both affordable and easy to enjoy. His business is named in honor of his beloved Great Dane, Blu—a stunning harlequin great Dane with a calm spirit and loyal heart who was always by his side.
At Bigg Dawgs, we do the hard work, so you don’t have to. We smoke the meat to perfection, vacuum-seal in the flavor, and hand it off to you ready to heat. Just drop the sealed pack into boiling water, and in minutes, you’re serving up a fresh, hot, restaurant-quality meal at home.
